As a QA manager at CSG I have an opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects. In addition I consult with other CSG QA teams to insure or corporate testing strategies align within the organization and the industry. Some of what I do on a regular basis is listed below.•Managing software test professionals •Managing software testing projects•Consulting with other teams and managers •Develop and implement test strategies•Develop and maintain processes and procedures •Develop and maintain testing KPI’s and reports•Review test plans, bug reports, and project change requests

I worked here during the summers while I went to school and then full time while I was job searching. The experience was great, and I made a lot of long term friends.
