By the time James Sandoval was in his early twenties, he had founded three production companies of his own. A triple threat of a talent, James is proficient at producing, shooting and editing commercials, promotional reels and short films for the music, school and real estate industries. James joined Hawthorne Advertising in 2018 as the agency’s Project Manager. He serves as an essential link between the creative & production teams, account teams, and clients. James excels at Agile Project Management, navigating workflows and prioritizing projects effortlessly and passionately, which has resulted in a significant return on investment for the agency. He has worked with major clients including Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Spectrum, LeafFilter, L’Oreal, and Western Digital — just to name a few. James' passion extends far beyond production. Involved in church activities from an early age, James is now planting churches and ministries that selflessly serve the community. He is dedicated to guiding young leaders and committed to building their strengths and skills, so they can establish their own legacies. Before joining Hawthorne and launching his own production companies, James served as a Trade Show Coordinator at Jakks Pacific, a leading manufacturer and marketer of toys and consumer products sold throughout the world. He played an integral role setting up and breaking down global toy tradeshows under tight deadlines and strict budgets. James attended Arizona State University and majored in Broadcast Journalism and Mass Communication. He enjoys experimenting with culinary creations, shooting documentaries and entertaining audiences by playing guitar and piano — but not at the same time.
