Having worked for years within 5-star luxury hospitality, I have learned that the key to such quality is to hold oneself to a high standard just as the guests do to our service and property. Perfection in execution is what I strive for, especially in the ways of presentation may it be my time in journalism, manufacturing, or hospitality.Currently, I see to the many demands of the Front Office for a 5-star luxury hotel in Chicago. I began my time as a front desk agent, worked my way into the PBX operator services, and then changed over to eventually become the overnight supervisor, all the while assisting my colleagues in other positions whether it be at the bell stand, concierge desk, room service, and sometimes even housekeeping. My time in hospitality has been an especially rewarding experience and I hope it continues to be as I continue to grow with it.Beyond the hotel, I enjoy fostering my pop culture interests as well as brushing up on my Japanese and Spanish languages. History and the city of Chicago itself are also of great interest as it becomes increasingly harder to keep up with a city that is constantly changing. Perfect for when I get to one day be a contestant on Jeopardy!
