Talking plants and hustling shrubs had been my life - an unexpected outcome of applying to a nursery years ago. I learned so many things from the incredible connections I made and gained a confidence in myself and in my abilities that is absolutely invaluable. Eventually, an opportunity in a design and marketing role presented itself, reigniting a creative passion and desire to learn. I thoroughly enjoyed the creative process of developing marketing materials and strategizing on how to build upon an established brand identity. I've spent the last year soaking up design principles and honing my skills in the various design software used in the graphic design world. Udemy courses, YouTube university, and learning from friends have helped me construct a solid foundation that I am eager to improve on.My current role is with Bluestem Brands as a Marketing Specialist at Fingerhut.
