These activities were related to daily opportunities with our equipment, remote technical phone support, technology repair services, annual audits & training, renewal of annual support contracts, field service visits, and spare parts concerns.
(Formerly as FKI Logistex) I was promoted to a leader of our North American Customer Service and Support team for the task of unifying our multiple remote phone support groups into one North American technical support hotline. I also focused on repairing damaged customer relationships to explain the vision of our newly formed North American customer support umbrella.
(Formerly as FKI Logistex) At the request of our customer I was tasked with developing and managing a group of very talented multi-disciplined engineers that focused on the Customer Service & Support needs of one of our largest customers. Our team was responsible for coordinating all activities related to daily opportunities with our equipment at our customer sites, remote technical phone support, and annual audits. We also provided assistance to our spare parts team in the investigation of part replacement concerns.
