Within this role, I ensured the accuracy of sale payments by auditing payroll spreadsheets, developing models and performing trend analysis. I improved business processes in several ways. I researched problems with incentive compensation plans for 3rd party sales agents and developed corrective plans. While working in the S&D Finance Department, I was the key contributor to sales expansion and company growth. I also ran credit checks, banking checks and evaluated past performance to approve lines of credit.
