Professional Services Division in China Office and carried out various kinds of valuation & consultation in the People’s Republic of China for corporate and private clients in PRC, HK & Overseas.

In February 2003, I re-joined Chesterton Petty Ltd as Key Account Executive of the Professional Services Division in China Office and carried out various kinds of listing valuation in the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong valuation and consultancy projects in the People’s Republic of China and Hong Kong for corporate and private clients. Six months later, posted as Deputy General Manager – China Valuation Division and at September promoted as Associate Director deal with all Valuation Services in China including Real Estate Valuation, Business Valuation and major listing and acquisition projects in the PRC.

Joined Cyber China Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of New World China Land Limited) in the capacity of Senior Associate – Business Development and in charge of business models, business development (strategic alliances) and planning of the intelligent building networks and the PRC Youth networks in the Mainland China.In December 2000, transferred to the Marketing Division of New World China Land Ltd and responsible for real estate investment analysis, expansion & marketing strategy, site selection, reposition of former property investment, negotiation of purchase or leasing of land & property; recruited and supervised 5 professionals. I was also in charge of the Corporate Affairs Department handled public & investor relationship of both New World China Land Ltd & New World Development Company Ltd; recruited and supervised more than 10 professionals in two companies and co-ordinate with 2 PR firms.
