• Payroll Migration Project – Corporate move from ADP to UltiPro payroll systems. Responsibilities: Business Analyst for mapping data between systems, report creation in ADP for use as data extract, and communication of status to stakeholders.• Streamline remote PC imaging process using ImageX, sysprep, and custom batch command files. The process designed was adopted enterprise wide for all system imaging tasks.• Support day-to-day user base of 50 in house, plus additional 600 off-site. Spiceworks IT ticket tracking system used to field ~20 tickets per day. Issues range from: MS Outlook, proprietary hotel software, application server failures, etc.

• Design and create Server/PC imaging process using VMWare FOG that replaced Symantec Ghost. The new process removed reliance on floppy drives to push an image. Using a VMWare FOG server and PXEBoot client machines.• Support day-to-day user base of 100 in house, plus additional 500 off-site. Track-It IT ticket tracking system used to field ~10 tickets per day. Issues range from: malware/virus removal, network support at remote location, proprietary software support at remote location.• Provide level 2 technical support for user base. Promoted from level 1 help desk to level 2 within first month.• Managed windows updates for corporate machines with Microsoft Operations Manager 2005.• Simple Active Directory Management.
