James is currently a Manager of Customer Experience & Service Transformation at Accenture Song. James has previously been a Senior Customer Experience Consultant at Publicis Sapient, a Senior Design Thinking Consultant for Mindtree, and a c-suite executive at a $2bn credit union. In that role, James was responsible for brand, innovation, product management & analytics, marketing operations and integrated marketing all in order to drive top line revenue.Previously an Innovation Strategist at PSCU, an Impact Manager at Filene Research Institute as well as manager of The Cooperative Trust (the 'Crash Programs') at Filene.James has a passion for and experiences with; Design Thinking, Human Centered Design, Experience Design, Strategic Planning and more.During James’ tenure leading The Cooperative Trust, the program was awarded the National Credit Union Foundation's Herb Wegner Award for Outstanding Program, the credit union system's highest award.James holds a bachelors degree, with honours from St. Mary's College of the University of Surrey and in his spare time; has been spotted rowing crew, scuba diving, on a rugby field and playing drums.
