Technical Support Engineer
Current- Research and investigate tickets and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Scanner (Nessus/Web Application scanner/etc) troubleshooting and configuration.- Analyzing vulnerability scan results, system audits, and log events.- Recreate customer issues in a lab environment- Troubleshooting and reporting issues with Tenable One and Tenable's cloud offering.- Advised customers based on knowledge of Tenable Products as well as Security best practices- Created knowledgebase resources for Tenable products, as well as identified issues with existing documentation.- Nessus Plugin behavioral troubleshooting and bug reporting.
