I am the Maintenance and IT support guy in my family, even though my wife is the one who works in “IT” and my dad is the real "handyman". If something breaks, isn’t working how it is expected to or is simply new and someone can’t find the “on” switch, I am the person people come to.Not bad for an Arts graduate!Luckily I enjoy fixing things and solving problems (except phones that have been dropped in the toilet, Dad!). In my work life my role as Senior Customer Solutions Architect at Open LMS (part of the Learning Technologies Group), allows me to do what I enjoy and actually get paid.I love talking to new customers about their EdTech vision (sometimes nascent, sometimes grandiose), and to existing customers about how they can take things “to the next level”, and everything in between.In my spare time, I drive children to and from sporting-related events, birthday parties and shoe shops.
