Overall responsible for technical support in mechanical works of machineries, electrical installation/servicing/maintenance/repair, PLC programming and mechanical assembly;Leads assembly line technicians and workers and is responsible for product quality, line efficiency and safety;To perform machine pre-parameters setting up – simple evaluation / testing;Assist in simple modification of jigs, fixtures and machineries; andLiaison with supplier on all technical purchase.

Consolidate, review, analyze and report accomplishments for the fabrication worksRespond to technical inquiries from fabrication and production bodiesUse AutoCAD to convert and expand designer’s shop drawings to 2D drawing for production line. (Main job responsibility).Plan/estimate material order for project usage, and raised purchase requisition form for the mentioned order.In charge of programming, setting up and running CNC Milling Machines in a fast paced production environment requirement.Use ERP to record material and production issue.Issued work order for production/fabrication department.Classified the cutting list (from designer) into aluminum panel or extrusion.Provide CNC program pertaining from the 2D drawing.Established specifications or to correct faulty programming.Resolved the troubleshooting between designer and production’s worker.
