James is responsible for all development management matters at HG Living. He leads developments through the varying stages of site acquisition, planning, design, and construction, successfully delivering positive outcomes for our investors and partners.

James was a Client-Side Project Manager applying his in-depth knowledge of both Property Development and Project Management. At Pocket Living, James led its largest bespoke development construction projects.

James was a Senior Associate and Project Manager for London's leading Project Management firm, Second London Wall (SLW); directing and managing the most technically challenging development and construction projects from inception through to completion.

James was a former Project Manager who provided Project Management services to the delivery and/or closure of the Company's London Portfolio development and asset management projects and was integral to both the development and management of Quintain's supply chain initiative.

Client side position accountable for managing the delivery of critical projects, and for providing design, planning and management support for projects conducted by the company. • Leading and delivering projects through the design, planning, procurement and installation stages.• Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.• Organising and facilitating project steering and operating committee meetings.• Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for all projects including negotiated tendering works and use of internal and external resources.• Producing business papers and acquiring capex approval for projects.• Updating project plans to include agreed changes.• Writing progress reports and presenting to director level.
