• Read, interpret, and analyze the plan of the given project • Monitors BIM shop drawing preparation (whether in-house or outsourced) according to Submittal Registry and Project Execution Schedule • Reviews all BIM shop drawings with regards to proper coordination and completeness • Reviews and consolidates documents and plans as attachment to the Submittal Request Form for consultant’s comment and approval • Reviews and consolidates documents and plans needed for pre-bidding session • Coordinates with A/E of record the approval of shop drawings • Coordinates with Construction Operations Group with regards to the constructability of the shop drawings • Site Inspection in coordination with the operations group ensuring that the shop drawings are followed • Collects redlining for as-built drawing preparation • Generates Request for Information of conflicts, clashes, and clarifications that needs to be resolved

• Local Document Controller – collates and monitors the internally and externally generated technical documents. Representative of the Planning Department for the ISO 9001:2008 audit certification • Aids the Planning Manager in the evaluation for accreditation of outsourced contractors and prepares a monthly report of accredited contractors • Assists in the ocular inspection of the company’s office renovation • Coordinates with outsourced contractors and suppliers on their due deliverables • Prepares a CAD drafting of lot plans upon request • Assists in the preparation of revision drawings of house plans as reviewed by the Construction Services Group • Monitors monthly appraisal report
