Everelle Build (previously Heyday LA) has established itself as a highly refined design-build office, specializing in small-scale, multifamily housing in Los Angeles. The office thrives at the intersection of design and constructibility, achieving a balance of creative and innovate spaces, at a price point best suited to meet Los Angeles' seemingly insatiable demand for housing. The vertical integration of Everelle, starts with acquisitions / pre-development, through entitlements and design, eventually ending with property management or sales. At Everelle, I am an integral part of a small team that is involved with each project at every level, moving fluidly between the permitting process and the construction. Additionally, I serve a variety of administration roles to make sure that the entire team is equipped and readied to execute as designers and builders.

RAC is a collection of designers, craftsmen and builders that specialize in revitalizing storied spaces and bringing new life to neglected buildings. As a member of the RAC team, I was responsible for assisting both the design director / founder as well as managing partner / CFO managing the daily workflow of the office from both design and construction departments. I was an integral part of all operations at RAC from AP to drafting contracts. Furthermore, I was in charge of all marketing collateral and content generation for the firm, managing web presence as well as internal / external communication standards.

Global lead generation, property analysis and project marketing, I was instrumental in pre-development, development and delivery of world class project and structures.

SMEG, a global leader in luxury design appliances, recently began operating in North America. I was part of a small growing team dedicated to developing the brand in the new market. My primary role was implementing creative and cost effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and overall presence in the US and Canada. I acted as the point of contact for national accounts, architects, designers, editors and general consumers. I was responsible for events, trade shows, site management, business development and all publicity for SMEG in North America. Secondary roles included office management or administrative duties, accounting, technical support and Jr. sales associate. I was very fortunate to learn many aspects of the business and become a integral member of the SMEG USA team.

As a member of the Public Relations department for BVLGARI North America, I assisted in various tasks from event planning and execution for events such as NY Fashion Week and MET Gala. I organized and helped facilitate press meetings with publications like Vogue, Marie Claire and Elle. I oversaw photo shoots with a number of publications across the globe. I aided in media planning and research. My primary role was inventory management for stock allocated specifically for press and media; but my daily tasks varied greatly and were as dynamic and exciting as the fashion industry.

Mediaite.com, a division of Abrams Media, is the primary online news outlet under the network of ABC 's Chief Legal Analyst Dan Abrams. Mediaite highlights politics, news and entertainment. At Mediaite, I was a writer and content moderator, responsible for a number of concise, satirical stories with timeliness and accuracy being of utmost importance. I familiarized myself with web publishing through hosts like blogger and WordPress as well as analytics like Chartbeat. Secondary roles included graphic generation, transcriptions and administrative tasks.

Fordham University is host to the largest student-run NRP affiliate which broadcasts a myriad musical genres from Alternative Rock, Jazz, Folk and Celtic music. Additionally, it broadcasts a number of special programs as well. I was a photographer and videographer for "The Alternate Side" a program dedicated to music discovery and alternative artists. My duties included recording video and stills of live performance either in studio or in concert, image/video editing (post production with Adobe and Final Cut) and then uploading to our various online databases.
