Responsible for assisting clients with their job search by providing job leads, mock interview practice, resume review and interview techniques. Develop relationships with Central Ohio companies to introduce the services New Directions provides. Works as a liaison/coordinator for the Mentorship program between E3 students and the Women's Leadership Council (WLC) of the United Way.

Facilitate classes for Center clients with resume writing, effective interviewing techniques, cover letter writing, and conducting mock interviews on an as needed basis*Represent New Directions Career Center at various area job fairs and promote the services available to the attendees*Conduct workshops on "HotJobs: Top Jobs in Today's Market" and monthly Resume review sessions at the Columbus Library branches on a monthly basis to area job seekers
