About Jami Smith

I am a healthcare professional who has worked in a variety of settings and organizations. A primary focus of my career has been to develop and successfully implement a variety of new services including speech therapy, assistive technology services, and therapeutic activities programming. I have been a practicing Board Certified Music Therapist since 2006. I have provided music therapy for several populations including clients who are medically fragile, intellectually and developmentally disabled, emotionally and socially disabled, and those with chronic mental illness in an inpatient setting. I have worked with clients as young as 3 to older adults.Completed a Master's in Health Administration in May 2013 and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis in May 2022.Professional goals include becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analysis and obtaining a certificate in Organizational Behavior Management. I would like to use OBM to support organizations in achieving their goals and full potential.
