• Manage all Account Service departments which include all aspects of a Business to Business invoicing and Accounts Receivable organization such as Customer Support, and Credit/Collection

• Coordinated and assisted in running all aspects of the 225+ employee site including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, tracking attendance, providing disciplinary when needed, vendor relations, ordering supplies.
• Daily workload of operations such as campaign scheduler and agent allocations for campaign management.
• Worked one on one with Client Services to write scripts, analyze campaign performance, and implement new initiatives that would improve campaign performance.
• Maintain and update personnel attendance records and personnel files
• Utilize company credit card to order supplies and office equipment
• Maintain site Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as managed and balance site checking account.
