• Coordinated and assisted in running all aspects of the 225+ employee site including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, tracking attendance, providing disciplinary when needed, vendor relations, ordering supplies, managing incoming and outgoing calls and mail, advertising, staff benefits, staffing and recruiting.• Daily workload of operations such as campaign scheduler and agent allocations for campaign management.• Worked one on one with Client Services to write scripts, analyze campaign performance, and implement new initiatives that would improve campaign performance.• Maintain and update personnel attendance records and personnel files• Utilize company credit card to order supplies and office equipment• Maintain site Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as well as managed and balance site checking account.
