Customer Experience describes a way of doing business where the entire company’s focus revolves around the customer. And as a senior customer experience executive, I'm looking to build customer focus, credibility and delight into our every interaction. With a passion for using insight to facilitate strategic growth, I am commercially minded, yet I always strive to take a human approach to business. With a vast breath of experience starting with bridge design engineering in the Midwest, leading to earning my Professional Engineering license while working on municipal and developer projects in Idaho and Wyoming, I ended up also thriving on the creative energy and fast pace work in building teams and scaling a successful environmental compliance software tool. With a practical background and a technology based future, I look forward to continuing to learn and perfect the experience for our customers. I have been a Teton County Idaho Search & Rescue member where the value of organization, teamwork and preparation to accomplish a difficult and uncomfortable mission is trained until it is an ingrained skill set. Now, as a competitive lacrosse parent, I continue to learn the joy of supporting and enabling success.
