Current- Develop and execute the talent acquisition and retention strategies for the brand to guarantee outstanding and consistent experiences for all candidates and team members-Take ownership of brand awareness campaigns and passive outreach efforts to introduce AVE to new markets as our portfolio continues to rapidly expand nationwde- Lead all recruiting and employer branding projects and initiatives to showcase AVE’s unique and special company culture, mission and values (ex. photo shoots,… Show more - Develop and execute the talent acquisition and retention strategies for the brand to guarantee outstanding and consistent experiences for all candidates and team members-Take ownership of brand awareness campaigns and passive outreach efforts to introduce AVE to new markets as our portfolio continues to rapidly expand nationwde- Lead all recruiting and employer branding projects and initiatives to showcase AVE’s unique and special company culture, mission and values (ex. photo shoots, video productions, AVE website and LinkedIn careers page design and content, etc.)- Manage and mentor TA team to promote their growth and development within the organization.- Create and execute the brand wide career development plan to encourage advancement and foster a culture of promotable people- Manage team member retention program and event strategy and execution- Work alongside COO to make strategic staffing decisions in terms of building out teams in new markets and restructuring teams in existing markets- Collaborate with VP of HR to ensure TA and HR teams are strategically aligned- Partner with VP of Communications & Digital Media/Marketing Team on all digital recruitment marketing initiatives including eblasts and strategic social media posts and campaigns in attempts to drive brand awareness and increase volume of applications- Create and maintain the brand’s annual TA budget- Continually review recruitment performance in order to drive candidate engagement and hiring results- Conduct candidate interviews for Manager, Director and VP level roles- Oversee Career Fair initiatives across all markets in an effort to create a talent pipeline- Continuously communicate and meet with leadership team to review candidate pipeline and advise on next steps to either advance or conclude the interview process- Play an active leadership role in hiring decisions across all depts: Leadership, Operations, Marketing, Design, Management, Sales, Operations and Resident Services Show less
