Installation and repair of Kentrox Monitoring system on ATC sites around South Africa. This system allows ATC (American Towers) to monitor the power usage of the tenants (Cell C, Vodacom, MTN & 8ta) on site.

Full site audit of the tower and compound for ACT and MTN throughout South Africa to establish if there is space on the sites for more tenants as well as the overall tower and compound condition.

Installing of the CET A1200 Hub and cut over from the existing Flexi Packet Hub, which was using a Micro Wave link to the new CET Hub, using Fibre Optics to create a protection ring for the Cell C sites all over Pretoria and Johannesburg.

-Inspect all construction sites to ensure appropriate quality control on all processes and coordinate with various teams to gather all permits for projects. -Manage multiple construction projects at one given time and prepare construction progress reports for all projects on everyday basis and manage all communication with contractors and project managers. -Collaborate with project manager and resolve all queries for construction progress and ensure compliance to all safety procedures at site. -Coordinate with material and supply chain management personnel to bid all proposals and evaluate contract work-Participate in various project meetings and maintain records of all construction dates and project costs. -Assist construction manager and prepare schedule for all projects and assist in close out process and ensure appropriate filing of all paperwork.

Planning and implementing the rehabilitation of the sections of the existing “pipe and chamber” system of Econet Telecom Lesotho in Maseru that will be utilized for the deployment of an Optical Fibre Network (ODN). Deployment of the ODN is part of the roll out of a Gigabit Passive Optical Network (GPON).Vodacom & Econet Lesotho Site Builds, this includes share sites and full solar sites. The sites are located from Mohales Hoek to Maseru and all the way up North to Butha-Buthe, with a few sites branching East into the middle of Lesotho
