Jamie is a Road Safety Engineering Consultant with over 25 years experience in a number of different international fields. Jamie is now using this experience and international knowledge to develop policy, road safety management and training and capacity building on a regional and national basis.Jamie’s career started with over 10 years of experience in various Local Authorities in the UK. He then worked in New Zealand for a period of 18 months before returning to the UK to work for TRL. Whilst at TRL he worked on a range of practical and research based projects for international, European and UK clients. Jamie then moved to the Middle East to work for a period of 4 years. During this time he worked closely with a number of Government clients in Bahrain, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar, providing advice and guidance on the development and implementation of road safety in the region.
