Began in the Sales Dept selling and training users on the software. Moved to the Customer Service and Support Dept where my sole focus was troubleshooting and resolving software issues for the customer.My vast knowledge of the Settlement Closing process beginning with searches and examinations of title to the closing itself is a critical asset in troubleshooting matters for the customer often not software related.
