As an Engineering Manager I was part of the Senior Management team and had full process ownership for both press brake and engineering departments. My team was built up of 20 staff from all ages and skill level. Main duties were but not limited to production planning, productivity, continuous improvement, quality, training, health and safety and all aspects of HR for both departments
