Started working with Government in 2012 after I was tuped in from an administrative body to the Government. Started as a Portfolio & Compliance Officer. This involved general audit work and administrative duties. I was promoted to Portfolio & Compliance Manager in 2016. I then managed a Portfolio of projects, working with stakeholders to build viable European funded projects. I managed this process from start to finish. I was promoted to Senior Portfolio & Compliance Manager in 2020. I now manage a full portfolio of projects and also a team of people under me. I make crucial decisions on what is funded and what isn't. I manage the payment of grant claims over £2m pounds. I meet Senior stakeholders to discuss new projects and/or to make changes to finances or outputs of their current projects.
