As Director of College Counseling, I work with Upper School students and families, counseling and advising them on college selection and placement, organizing and conducting workshops on the college admissions process, and writing secondary school reports on each member of the senior class. Additionally, I am a Department Chair, serve on the Education Committee of the Board of Trustees and the Headmaster’s Consult, and have served as one of two Upper School representatives to the Headmaster's Advisory Committee. In 2002/2003, I chaired the Search Committee for the school’s new Athletic Director and currently Co-Chair the Gender Equity Committee.As a member of the History department, I teach a senior seminar on Critical Issues in the Middle East. I have also taught a freshman course on 20th Century World History. I am the head coach of the junior varsity baseball team.In January 2008, I thoroughly enjoyed a six-month sabbatical as a Fellow at St. Andrews University in Scotland.
