Manages Business Analysts, Programming Resources, and Business Applications to obtain maximum value for MCR Safety. Employs appropriate technology and management techniques to deliver agile and cost effective solutions that meet functional, budgetary and schedule requirements.- Plans, leads, organizes, and manages the work of respective staff. Functions include Finance, Materials Management, Warehouse, Sales and Distribution, Shipping and Freight, and other support modules application configuration, development, database, and business process redesign.- Develops and manages objectives for staff that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time based. - Develops and/or monitors schedules for all group projects.- Ensures projects are prioritized based on business needs and delivered on time and on budget.- Promotes open and timely communications within and among department colleagues.- Implements and ensures that standards are used for software design and development. - Ensures proper security measures have been evaluated and implemented as indicated by department policy and/or best practice.- Ensures team utilizes designated service tracking software for issue resolution and compliance with SLA standards.- Provides technical advice to MCR Safety staff as necessary.- Works directly with departments to understand and document project business requirements. - Performs analysis and/or coding as necessary in support of department objectives.- Resolves technical problems utilizing appropriate analysis techniques.- Develops necessary documentation (procedures, instructions) to support operations in area of responsibility.- Ensures code changes and modifications are managed using a documented change request system.- Provides technical support during non-standard business hours as necessary or required.- Provides guidance, technical assistance and mentoring to staff as appropriate.

Lead the analysis, design, testing, training, implementation, and support of MCR business systems. Requires strong project management and analytical skills to assess business requirements and design the correct solution to satisfy those requirements.

Plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, personnel, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. Responsible for configuring and testing business systems to implement new features and functions, correct problems and issues, and enhance current operations. Also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues.
