Jamie Lee is a strategy leader and business operator with a successful track record of leading high-growth initiatives for Fortune 100 brands (GE, Cisco) and start-ups (Lucid Motors). Prior to Lucid, Jamie was Senior Director, Strategy and Planning at AppDynamics (part of Cisco), a leader in the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) market. In this role, she built the long-term strategy while developing the short-term execution plan to create a synergistic commercial solution that can be coupled with the existing Cisco product portfolio and to transition its product offering from on-prem to cloud. She also implemented Objectives and Key Results (OKR) governance at AppDynamics for the first time, to ensure the executive team was laser-focused on the most impactful goals. Prior to that, Jamie was with General Electric for 14 years, where she held various roles across GE Healthcare, GE Aerospace, GE Transportation, GE Energy, and GE Capital. Her last role at GE was the Chief of Staff to the CEO at GE Current, a technology company that builds smart buildings and cities using IoT solutions for customers such as JP Morgan, Walmart, and the City of San Diego while also providing smart lighting solutions globally. In this role, she led a number of strategic initiatives, including divestiture/integration of the business from GE to a Private Equity, corporate restructuring, and turnaround. She was awarded the Chairman’s award, which recognizes the top 1% performers in the company.Jamie holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
