I am currently studying Food Science and Product Development at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. I went to high school at Blackstone Valley Regional Technical Vocational High School were I got a certificate in Culinary Arts. I am local to this area but do not mind traveling to a different state for my dream job. My dream job would be in product development making edibles for a cannabis company. I am currently working at Wrights Dairy Farm and Bakery as a baker. I have years of experience in the food industry working as a shift leader at Papa Ginos, a line cook at PJ's Bar and Grill, and I also worked for Clarke Distribution as an intern. At my time at Clarke, I worked with their chef testing recipes on all types of Wolfe and Subzero appliances. This gave me great communication skills. We also did many demonstrations in front of 2-20 people to show them what appliances would work best for them. At my time at Papa Ginos I gained customer service skills, talking on the phone, taking complaints and working the register. Along with leadership skills as many days I was the person in charge. Working both at a bar and grill and at a bakery has greatly improved my time management skills. I am an incredibly hard worker and will do anything necessary to produce great products.
