VBS Co-Director 2017-Present: Responsible for organizing a VBS program that has over 300 children in attendance during the week long event. Responsibilities include: overseeing volunteers, coordinating supplies/materials/purchasing, incorporating Catholic content into the program, and day to day management the week of the event.Marketing Freelance Volunteer 2016-Present: Design media for parish flyers, bulletin announcements, and web marketing materials as well as for various ministries within the parish.Evangelization Community Outreach Coordinator 2016-Present: Responsible for organizing a parish presence within the community of McKinney. Biggest event coordinated is Home for the Holidays where over 1000+ children stop by the St. Gabriel booth to craft while parents are evangelized and invited to Christmas Mass.Christ Renews His Parish Spiritual Leader 2017-2018: Position appointed by parish Priest. 10 month position of spiritually forming and guiding a group of 17+ women of the parish while preparing for a weekend retreat.REACH Retreat Core Team 2015 & 2016: Guided the theme and activities of the elementary aged retreat of 125+ children in 3rd-5th grades. Retreat was an "Amazing Race" theme (2015). Developed an extensive prayer journal for each retreatant that included the following sections: Mass notes, prayers, prayer requests, answered prayers, coloring pages, and favorite scriptures/notes section which is still used within the parish (2016).

Served as Troop Organizer and Family Partnership Coordinator for the Service Unit in McKinney, Texas. As Troop Organizer, I served as the first point of contact between local girls and their parents who are interested in joining Girl Scouts. My responsibilities included informing new prospective girls and their parents about the program, finding existing troops to place them in as well as recruiting new troop leaders for the service unit and keeping them informed on necessary training.As the Family Partnership Coordinator, it was my job to ensure the service unit hit their yearly Family Partnership Goal. This was accomplished through asking for individual donations as well as coming up with creative money earning programs.In addition to working on the service unit team, I was also troop leader for two girl scout troops which involved planning meetings, working with community members, and keeping the girls interested and involved.
