Jim McCauley has over his 36 years in the homebuilding business and real estate sales. He has joined forces with SWR Group-Keller Williams where he is the Managing Broker in charge of agent recruitment and training in the Austin and Central Texas Areas. Previously with Partners In Building, where Jim was tapped to run their Build On Your Lot Program (BOYL) in Central Texas and Austin. While at Partners In Building, Jim was awarded the #1 Sales in volume and dollars in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019 in Central Texas. Also was named “Sale Person of the Year” in 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. Jim and his wife, Kate, have been married for 38 years, and they have three adult children. Jim grew up in Richardson, Texas and spent his high school & college summers working at the A-Bar-A Ranch, a 130,000-acre dude ranch in Encampment, Wyoming. After graduation, Jim returned to the Dallas area, got his Texas Real Estate License and worked as a Production Supervisor for Ryland Homes. After winning two (2) Southwest Area Supervisor Awards, Ryland transferred Jim to Austin, Texas for a year in order to start a new division and was being groomed for a production management position. From there, Jim had the opportunity to start his own homebuilding company and moved his family to Memphis, Tennessee where he became an accomplished Award-Winning Builder and took two homebuilding companies to the #10 and #14 top rankings in the Memphis/Shelby County areas. He built on average 30-40 homes a year, and he won 8 out of 10 awards at the Vesta Home Show, which is held annually in the Memphis area, where 30,000 plus people attend. Jim & Kate also are Directors for NeoLife International for over 25 years. NeoLife is a 65 year old nutritional company known for pioneering whole food concentrates, skin care and household products. NeoLife was GMO free, organic and green based way before these things became popular or known. NeoLife's goal is to END THE TREND of chronic diseases.
