Develop and drive the strategic roadmap, implementation and administration for all benefit programs. Manage open enrollment, including vendor agreements, negotiation of contract renewals, communication plan; management of online benefit administration.Responsible for all benefit vendor relationships to be sure they are complying with contractual terms and performance guarantees. • Effectively manage all benefit programs for over 2200 benefit eligible employees, including $18 million annual medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability plans, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, $500 million 401(k) plan, employee assistance plan, flexible time off program and employee discount program.• Responsible for the annual open enrollment process involving all benefits eligible employees and Project Manager for web-based health coverage enrollment system. • Manage annual benefits planning and renewal process. Contribute to the development or revisions to new or existing benefit programs. Also responsible for the implementation and training of new benefit programs. • Responsible for ensuring daily benefit transactions, communications and administrative processes are handled appropriately and effectively. Also manage multiple outside vendors and provide information as needed, including reporting and billing processing. • Administer an onsite management of adidas’ Leave of Absence program. Develop and maintain appropriate policies, procedures, and correspondence. Provide legal guidance and training to managers on how to handle leave requests from employees. Ensure company compliance with all leave of absence law requirements.

• Responsible for the preparation and processing of all new hires and separations pertaining to benefits, including all aspects of COBRA. Also responsible for the administration, process and maintenance of all benefit plans, including medical, dental, life insurance, flexible spending, disability and 401(k) plan.• Responsible for the orientation of all new employees regarding company policy and procedures. Also responsible for OFLA and FMLA policies and procedures, workers compensation, compensation surveys, and maintained HRIS compensation system. • Acted as Transportation Coordinator and sat on Safety Committee and helped established safety policies. • Worked with production staff/management in creation of job descriptions with review for FLSA status; posted open positions; screened resumes, interviewed candidates, and assisted with hiring. • Assisted with administration of salary administration and performance review program.
