A consortium of SNC-Lavalin, EllisDon, AECON, and ACS-Dragatos are currently responsible for the design, construct and finance of the Eglinton Crosstown transit system consisting of 25 stations/stops, track work, signaling, communications and other required infrastructures. The Eglinton Crosstown will link to 54 local bus routes, three TTC interchange subway stations and the GO Transit. Stage 1 is a 36-kilometer corridor that features a 19-kilometer LRT system (called “ION”) linking the urban cores of Kitchener and Waterloo, plus 17 kilometers of adapted bus rapid transit (ABRT) connecting the southern terminus of the LRT system in Kitchener to Cambridge. WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff is serving as the Systems Design and Management Consultant for the development of the SSE Systems scope of work. • The Scarborough Subway Extension project will consist of 7.6 km underground track with three stations; Lawrence, Scarborough Center, and Sheppard, with a possibility of a fourth station Danforth Ave. The SSE system will support both current vehicle types, the T1 as well as the Toronto Rocket. This including seven additional trains, due to the SSE expansion and rider availability, with an estimated travel time between Kennedy and the terminus Sheppard Station of approximately 10min.• The scope of work for this project, includes; track work, traction power, substation equipment and traction power distribution, signaling, OCC, communications, SCADA, UPS, fare collection, fire ventilation systems, system integration, T&C, system safety certification; and system interface to existing TTC Infrastructures (system cutover).• For this project, Jamie works closely with the Systems Engineering team in preparation of the resource and cost loaded Systems Design, and Testing & Commissioning Schedule with integration into the Master Schedule in Primavera P8. Jamie works closely with the Project Manager with the integration of the Systems Schedule with the various tunnel options for this project.• Jamie also participates in all design, and constructability reviews with other members of the team on a regular basis.

Located in Cotabambas, Apurimac region of Peru, Las Bambas is one of the largest, long-life copper development projects under construction that is also rich in, gold, silver and molybdenum.• Jamie was responsible for calculating the current project schedule’s completion date for MMG - this involved a thorough analysis of the project’s current works completed to date, fatal flaws in methodology, logic, excessive use of constraints, progress and means of measurement of the sub-contractors engineering, procurement, construction schedules and client’s commissioning, and operations schedules.• Following this, Jamie was responsible for the development of the “To-Go” Project Schedule;• Estimating remaining hours and material quantitates;• For the identification of risk and opportunities in order to optimize the project schedule, cost and execution strategies utilizing Primavera Risk Analysis prior to setting the baseline;• Input into the final report, this included Ausenco’s advice on how to move forward with the schedule and optimal execution strategies in place to complete the project and deliver within a reasonable timeframe, with minimal impacts to approved budget;• Reporting to the client’s Project Manager and Ausenco’s General Manager Construction

The Greenfield Constancia project is located in the Andes Mountains in southern Peru. Ausenco provided the Front End Engineering and Design (FEED) services for this Hudbay project. Ausenco was also responsible for the engineering, procurement and construction of the concentrate plant and associated infrastructure.• Jamie was initially responsible for the review and auditing of the engineering and procurement schedule;• The approach for the Engineering review involved a thorough review of the current Project Schedule, this included; critical path analyzing, review of resource histograms, interviewing members of the team, identification of risks and opportunities, compiling reports and presenting the outcomes and recommendations to upper management.• Following this, Jamie was responsible for the development and integration of the construction schedule while on site in South America. This involved overseeing a team of planners to ensure that proper integration and best schedule practices were adhered to.• Each of the following construction audits involved identifying the critical path(s) and assessment of whether the schedule continued to meet recognized good practices. This included; identifying missing logic, highlighting potential over use of date constraints and excessive forced float. As well as, involving a review of proposed methodology used to measure contract performance and progress and to determine if process and systems were structured to enable the accurate recording of progress changes.• Following this, Jamie was responsible for carrying out all forensic planning. Thus, to identify any schedule delays, disruptions, highlighting potential risks/extension of time claims, and assesses project progress in relation to an agreed baseline schedule.

Papua New Guinea

Commencing in 2013, Newcrest commissioned a major expansion of the Lihir process plant, this included Ausenco’s scope of the engineering, procurement and installation of two rougher Flotation Vessels and three NCA1 tanks. This expansion of the processing plant was required to better match processing rates to mining rates as a result of higher throughputs.• Jamie was responsible for, the development and integration for all Lihir Gold sustaining capital project schedules. • This involved development of schedules and the oversight of project schedules developed by additional planners on his team.• Jamie was accountable for each project schedule;• This involved critical path analyzing and providing advice on areas of concern;• Jamie was also responsible for the oversight of reporting and resource allocation on projects.• Jamie reported directly to the Sustaining Capital Project Controls Manager

Ausenco’s scope of work was for the whole of the Golpu mine and all facilities to support the Golpu Lift 1 production from pit to port. The phase from October 2012 to June 2013 was known as the transition phase, where various studies were underway due to the relocation of the Watut Portal which had affected local access roads.• Jamie was responsible for the development, integration and management of the project schedule. This included a new nitric acid plant (NAP4), a new ammonium nitrate solution (ANS3) and prilling plant (AN3), supporting services, storage and infrastructure.• Jamie was responsible for, the development and integration of the overall FEL4 EPCM schedule for the Orica project;• This involved integrating 5 sub-contractor’s Engineering, Procurement and Construction schedules;• Development of the Commissioning schedule;• Development of the QMR;• Risk analysis utilising Primavera Risk Analysis;• Reporting directly to the Project Controls Manager.

Hatch was acting as BC Hydro's representative to manage the design-build contract for the transmission line and the design build contract for the Ruby Creek series capacitor station.The Interior to Lower Mainland (ILM) Transmission Project is a 500 kV transmission connection from the Nicola substation near Merritt, British Columbia (B.C.)The Northwest Transmission Line (NTL) project consists of a 344 km, 287 kV transmission line from Terrace, BC running northwards to Bob Quinn Lake• Jamie’s roles and responsibilities included; establishing, handover oversight of the project schedules for these two projects;• Development of the Project Schedule baseline and Basis of Schedule;• Analysis and reporting;• Reporting to the Project Manager.

Hatch’s scope of work included a 195 megawatt hydroelectric dam on the Iskut River in British Columbia. The structures of this project comprising of; Headwork’s, this included a main river channel, and sluiceway. As well the Intake Structure containing an eight bay for bay control structure with trash racks, stop logs and steel faced panels. As well as a 9.6 meter power tunnel, this included audits and access leading to the Power house containing three 58 megawatt and a forth 21 megawatt generator and unit transformers and switchyard directly above the powerhouse connected via a vertical 4.1 m diameter bus shaft.• Jamie was responsible for the development, integration and management of the EPCM project schedule for this project.• Development of the Project Schedule baseline and Basis of Schedule;• Analysis and reporting;• Reporting to the Project Manager.

This section of the scope of work was to facilitate the increase in the capacity of the annual Westcliffe Colliery plant throughput to 7.5 wet Mtpa. This included; engineering for layout, plant design, and technical specification for the; Rotary Breaker, Raw Coal Handling, Product Coal Handling, Band Press Filter, Horizontal Band Press Filter, Flotation Circuit, Coarse Coal Circuit, Maintenance Building, Demolition of Redundant Equipment, Instrumentation and Controls, Process Services Pipe Work, Modifications to Existing Process Streams, and Electrical area technology packages. • Roles and Responsibilities included; establishing, maintaining and management of the FEL2/3/4 schedules within Primavera P6 for this project.

This section of the scope was to facilitate the increase in the capacity of the concentrator and out loading system at Milner Bay to an annual production of 4.5 and then to 5.5 wet Mtpa. The scope of GEEP 2/3 incorporates the upgrade to the; Primary Crushing Plant, Feed Preparation, Heavy Media Drum, Heavy Media Fines, Middlings Bins, Rowell Highway Power Station, Road Trains, Community Road, Transport to Port, Control Systems and Port Stockpile Facilities.• Jamie’s roles and responsibilities included; establishing, maintaining and management of the FEL3/4 EPCM schedules for this project;

South Korea

Roles and responsibilities included, establishing, maintaining and management of the new Everline Light Rapid Transit System Detailed EPCM Project Schedule in Primavera P6e for Bombardier Total Transit Systems located in South Korea. Responsibilities include leading the harmonization and integration of eleven sub-schedules from all parties involved in the project. The YILRT fully integrated schedule included; 18.3km of elevated and at grade guideway, 15 stations, one depot, track works & automated fare collection, PS&D, electrical/mechanical installation, a 30 car rolling stock, an automated train control system, engineering, procurement, and construction schedules.

Las Vegas, Nevada, Usa

• Roles and Responsibilities included; establishing, maintaining and management for the overall EPCM Project Schedule and interfaces of the Las Vegas, Nevada, USA Monorail System, covering a distance of 6.4 km of rail involving; 7 stations, one depot, a civil works contract, one PS&D contract, an automated train control system, and a 30 car Rolling Stock contract. Additional schedules developed, maintained and managed included, but not limited to; Safety, Reliability Availability and Maintainability (RAM) analysis, Certification, Production Engineering, Methodology, Vehicle Manufacturing, Procurement and Delivery Schedules. Developing an integrated project wide schedule for the AGC contract in France, and build of schedules for future bids was also required in this position.

• Roles and Responsibilities included; establishing, maintaining and management of the Primavera rolling stock schedules for the Vancouver, JFK, Putra KL, AGC France and Las Vegas projects. • Other responsibilities included the administration, support and training of AutoCAD within the Production Engineering, Methods, Purchasing and Planning departments of Bombardier BTNA. This position required extensive, continued upgrading in the fields of programming and troubleshooting.

• Duties performed included the development of preliminary proposal drawings and the extraction of detailed components from the basic BTNA vehicle designs. These details were then refined to suit production standards and equipment tolerances to ensure form fit and function. These details were then inserted into sub-assemblies and main assembly drawings. Other responsibilities included site planning for lean manufacturing was also required.
