I assisted MDs, DOs, and PAs while they cared for patients by precisely and accurately documenting their patients' care, including medical history, history of present illness, review of systems, physical exam findings, medical decision-making, procedures, physician consults, laboratory/radiology results, and the plan/disposition in their medical chart.
