The most efficient first step is that I generate their loan pre-qualification prior to them shopping for a home. I encourage this initial step to clients by detailing the benefits of initially knowing their borrowing boundaries. Once a purchase offer has been accepted between my client and the seller, I will meet with my client to finalize the interest rate, loan terms and complete the residential mortgage loan process. My skillful advisement throughout the home-buying process gives my clients a sense of ease. I am often told how much they appreciate my help.
