Expanded Responsibilities Include:- Oversees and directs the core programs and day-to-day operational functions of both the Savannah Jewish Federation and Jewish Educational Alliance (SJF/JEA).- Collaborates with the CEO and lay leadership to develop a shared vision for the future of the organizations - Effectively communicates and fosters growth among the leadership team and all employees. - Design and implement business operations, strategies to promote company culture and vision, and oversee operations and the work of the organizations.- Supervision, objective setting, implementation and evaluation of JEA programs, services and activities including JEA Preschool Savannah, Camp & Children’s Department, Health & Wellness, Building & Grounds, Annual Fundraising, and Membership & Communication. - Supervision, objective setting, implementation and evaluation of SJF programs including SJF Annual Community Campaign and Allocations, Savannah Jewish Life magazine, Engagement Initiatives and Community Programming & Education

Expanded Responsibilities Include:- Budgeting and strategic planning- Visioning, planning, marketing, outreach and facilitation of Community Leadership Initiative- Board development and management- Creating an organizational marketing strategy- Outreach & planning special initiatives (ex. March of the Living Next Gen trip)- Staff professional development- Plan and execute the annual Planning & Allocations process- Additional staff supervision

- Oversee all aspects of the Federation annual campaign- Outreach and engagement of the Jewish population in Savannah- Plan & assist with the Savannah Jewish Community Foundation- Revitalize Young Jewish Savannah for 20s & 30s- Strategic direction of communal engagement- Supervision and responsibility for the following initiatives: BBYO Connect, BBYO, SCAD Hillel, PJ Library, Jewish War Veterans and “Food for Thought” senior lunch program- Supervise Community Engagement Coordinator and Community Program Coordinator

- Supervise program staff- Plan implement and supervise community-wide programs for Jewish teens in grades 6-12, including marketing, promotion, budgeting and all aspects of event planning- Supervise and run the Jewish Student Connection clubs (JSC) in 15 high schools- Plan, implement and staff immersive Jewish experiences such as Panim el Panim to Washington, DC- Collaborate with community organizations in outreach and teen programming- Serve as the community liaison for Jewish teen programs in the community- Oversee the marketing for the department including newsletters, promotional items, directories, website and social media.- Identify, develop and implement outreach strategies to engage new Jewish youth- Cultivate relationships to assist the development team in aiding to the Federation’s annual campaign and development efforts- Supervision of teen summer Israel trip and Israeli teen encounter in the United States – including curriculum development, coordination of the program and logistics coordinator for the programs

- Plan implement and supervise community-wide programs for Jewish teens in grades 9-12, including marketing, promotion, budgeting and all aspects of event planning- Assist with community programs for both high school and middle school students- Editing, layout and design of high school and middle school newsletters and teen directory- Staff month-long summer teen trip to Israel

- Oversee and manage synagogue-based youth program for grades 5-12- Recruitment, outreach and marketing in the congregation and community- Implementation of creative programming
