For the last decade, I have worked in a varied number of roles, from a Contact Center associate, gaining customer service experience. To a Reporting Analyst, utilizing administrative skills and IT background to create and manage varying functions and requirements to meet business needs. The remaining five years of that decade were spent learning about the world of Business Intelligence and the numerous BI Developments apps available, though mostly focused on Qlik's main product suite (Qlikview/Sense/NPrinting), learning Priority management, setting expectations, project management and technical documentation.In return I would leverage my knowledge of IT gained outwith the business to find software solutions and maintain them, as well create procedures on how to use them easily as daily drivers, and managing cloud services for our Qlik BI Stack.
