Support new non-profit agencies develop systems for evaluation, best-practices, and data collection to enhance overall effective operations. Create well-developed and intentional narratives and letters of intent that focus on organizational history, previous and projected outcomes, program design, and staffing structure to write and submit grants to private and public-sector requests for proposals. Developed a workforce department at SGA focused on client, family and business needs, best practices, and evidence-based curriculum. Increased client enrollment from 100 to over 450 within two years and increased funding from 1.0 to 2.3 million in private and public funding. In 2015-2016, 89.9% of clients completed programming and 74% were placed in work based learning and/or employment opportunities. Served as liaison with various government entities, private funders and stakeholders to develop evaluation tools, monitor the scope of work, and ensure budgetary and contractual compliance.Worked to research, develop, and write grants to expand and diversify funding sources that included private, city, state, and federal partners. Had significant responsibility ensuring programs were in compliance with government and private foundation contracts using various data systems. Developed and monitored budgetary benchmarks to ensure financial compliance. Models include wrap around services such as employment and work-based learning based, education support, supportive services, family engagement, case management, social and emotional learning, and restorative justice practices.

As Director, supervises 7 programs (through 6 funding streams) focusing on youth development from ages 6 – 24 years old. Maintain communication and collaboration with funding sources, community and faith based organizations, coalitions and councils, along with businesses.
