I am an experienced creative in design and marketing with over 20 years experience. My career began working in higher education, supporting the learning and marketing objectives of the faculty and wider university. This was a very diverse role, with design, marketing, technical and teaching requirements. I gained a wealth of experience and valuable transferable skills. While enjoying the diversity of the role, I also wanted to explore my creative side more and in 2012 began working as a freelance designer, gaining clients with small businesses and working with local government on projects on public health, such as Change4Life.I currently work for an e-commerce platform, leading a team creating web content, social media, digital and print marketing as well as packaging design and brand development. This role is fully remote, collaborating with a highly skilled team based in 15 different countries working together with global brands.I’m a fun, friendly, easy going Bristolian who works well in a team but can also work on my own. I have good listening and communication skills. I love a challenge and very much enjoy the problem solving nature of the design process.
