Founded on the desire to dispel the fears and myths that surround death and dying, I travel the country sharing my knowledge on how to talk about death in a compassionate and non-threatening way. I consult with families nationally on caring for a loved one's body while making sure the survivors get their bereavement needs met. I help families find the providers and create the plan. Speaking to groups of corporate professionals, private organizations and industry associations, Talking Before the Mourning addresses the communication barriers that accompany the topic of death and provide education and training on how to overcome those barriers.
