The General Pants Group (GPG) with its 45+ stores, is one of the largest and most respected retailers in Australia. With a focus on delivering the best in youth culture to Australia’s young blooded individuals, we aim to be recognised as a cutting edge editor of fashion and style internationally. The Group is privately owned with a Sydney Head Office team of 65+ people engaged in Retail Operations and the management and delivery of Buying, Merchandise Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Shared Services (Finance, HR, IT and Supply Chain). Our Distribution Centre is located in West Footscray, Melbourne.My role involved working together with the General Manager and the Retail Operations Management team through the creation, planning, scheduling, implementation and communication of Retail Operations / Marketing / VM activities, and working across projects that supported the growth of the brand and financial targets of the business.

I was an associate based in the Commercial Real Estate team at the worlds largest global law firm Baker & McKenzie. I joined the Firm as a research clerk in 2009 and also worked in our Corporate and Dispute Resolution groups. My work involved drafting and reviewing commercial documents, conducting due diligence for large corporate transactions, such as leasing and licensing conditions in property and land acquisitions, and advising on land sales and acquisitions. I was involved with drafting and negotiating contracts for the purchase of hotels and resorts and was also involved in state and federal dispute resolution matters, assisting in a range of litigation proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the Federal Court of Australia.I was also heavily commited to providing pro bono assistance, acting for many clients through the Homeless Persons' Legal Clinic and the Peter MacCallum cancer legal clinic program. I also provided advice and assistance to SISHA Limited (a registered Australian not-for-profit organisation) regarding the preparation of their Victorian, New South Wales, Western Australian and Queensland fundraising licence applications.
