CurrentProvides a wide range of logistics and supply chain management support to the Department of State (DoS), Bureau of International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Affairs Office of Aviation (INL/A). Interfaces with leaders at functional and executive levels to provide senior-level advice and guidance on aviation logistics and supply chain requirements/processes for a contractor-operated fleet of aging fixed/rotary wing aircraft supporting INL/A missions at multiple OCONUS/CONUS locations. Develops plans, policies, and procedures for application throughout the INL/A Aviation Program. Collaborates with team members to develop and recommend lifecycle sustainment strategies to maximize asset availability and reliability while minimizing the sustainment footprint and associated costs of operations. Develops, recommends, and implements asset performance analysis methodologies to identify/resolve negative system/process performance trends. Develops and prepares briefings, white papers, and reports. Leads/facilitates Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) to ensure projects meet technical, schedule, and cost limitations and program requirements.Key Achievements:- Managed oversight of procurement and supply chain management operations; assessed sustainment activities and advised on inventory requirements during the start-up of air operations at four new sites. - Guided contract oversight via Performance Work Statement measurements to validate compliance to DoS’ Worldwide Aviation Support Services $330.5M annual contract operating at 10 geographic locations.- Steered needs analysis for initial/continued inventory acquisitions and stock control implementation for newly acquired HH-60 rotary assets in preparation for deployment/operation at two operational locations.- Achieved 6x “Exceptional” Contractor Performance Assessment Reports w/ratings of 100+. Team lauded as “paramount to negating program’s manpower shortfalls.”
