Organised and hard working individual with 7 years experience in a customer facing role, looking to take advantage of skills I have gained such as; problem solving, strong communication, adaptability and computer literacy.Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge as can be seen via the CPCAB's Level 2 & 3 in Counselling Skills & Theory, obtained from the Northamptonshire Centre for Counselling Studies, as well as through my voluntary role of Befriender at BucksMind. I have graduated from Pershore College, receiving a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.I am soon to be studying the CPCAB Level 5 in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with the CPTA.
