As a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, this role reports to London and is accountable for divisional performance in the Asia-Pacific Region.Representing the highest point of escalation in-territory, I also assume legal, compliance and commercial management responsibility for the local legal entity.Responsible for a budget of approximately AUD $30M, with oversight of 100 employees, I set strategy around growth and market expansion.Achievements: Led and coordinated a comprehensive review and renewal of the OTT, streaming and set top box Managed Service solution for a division of NewsCorp. A combined SaaS / PaaS model, requiring complex design and software development, I engaged directly with the C-Suite and directed Project, Legal, Infrastructure, Delivery and DevOps teams’, successfully negotiating a 5-year contract and increasing profitability by 26% Evaluated, planned and executed the transformation of the Australian operation which was underperforming. I initiated re-baselining of workflows and operational expenditure, a comprehensive staffing overhaul and a revised operations and real estate strategy which saw the gross margin position turnaround by 24% within 18 months. I was also able to negotiate and secure extensions of the 4 largest customer contracts

Reporting directly to the CEO, I led a team of 45 full-time staff, had P&L and balance sheet responsibilities across 3 divisions and was responsible for driving sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth. I accomplished the founding of a new Business Unit, delivered circa 30% increase in market share and oversaw post-M&A business optimisation initiatives.Achievements: Headed customer negotiations and directed the teams responsible for winning the outsourcing of all related technology, operations and professional services for the playout facilities of one of Australia’s most iconic broadcasters, migrating them to a proprietary SaaS / PaaS solution. Revolutionary for the media sector at the time, this was an 18-month engagement involving complex deal structuring, overhauled architecture and staff transition planning. This established the broadcast business in APAC for Deluxe, successfully delivering on critical business objectives Coached and supervised the Bid Management, Project and Solutions teams whilst deploying a Digital Migration solution for a major sporting code. This solution significantly reduced turnaround times of live events, reduced the clients CAPEX costs by ~AUD $3M over 3 years and saw their digital asset sales increase by >20% in year 1
