I accomplished the founding of a new Business Unit, delivered circa 30% increase in market share and oversaw post-M&A business optimisation initiatives.Achievements: Headed customer negotiations and directed the teams responsible for winning the outsourcing of all related technology, operations and professional services for the playout facilities of one of Australia’s most iconic broadcasters, migrating them to a proprietary SaaS / PaaS solution. Revolutionary for the media sector at the time, this was an 18-month engagement involving complex deal structuring, overhauled architecture and staff transition planning. This established the broadcast business in APAC for Deluxe, successfully delivering on critical business objectives Coached and supervised the Bid Management, Project and Solutions teams whilst deploying a Digital Migration solution for a major sporting code. This solution significantly reduced turnaround times of live events, reduced the clients CAPEX costs by ~AUD $3M over 3 years and saw their digital asset sales increase by >20% in year 1
