About Jamie Anderson

I began my career as a Civil Servant in the UK, where engagements included acting as an advisor to the Cabinet Office working on the pay equality ‘Coherence Agenda’, along with roles at the Lord Chancellor’s Department and Maritime & Coastguard Agency.In Australia, my corporate experience has included global responsibility for reward strategy at top 50 ASX companies such as Oil Search Limited and Aristocrat before I embarked on a career in consulting with Mastertek – a firm that I now lead.Consulting to a cross-sector client list including major listed companies in finance, resources and manufacturing as well as in the public sector, I've been able to develop a deep understanding of what works in practice and what doesn’t, often in highly pressurised environments.With specialist capabilities in the design and implementation of employee engagement and reward strategies and incentive plan design, I enjoy working with our clients to develop practical, actionable approaches to drive organisational effectiveness and business performance.
