Coming from a sporting background I am energised by working in a high performing team environment and consistently aim to create a positive team culture, I am fascinated to understand how teams are best organised for success, I have worked with numerous squads of varyingmaturity to successfully deliver pieces of work across multiple different spaces.Working as an Agile facilitator I feel I have found my calling. I love being able to help people on their learning journeys and feel rewarded by being a part of their improvement and success. I use my servant leader style of leadership to empower and enable the teams I work with to collaborate, overcome blockers and develop an Agile mindset that gives the teams a license to solve problemsand deliver work how they best see fit. Being able to help teams develop their own culture, improve as Agile practitioners and continually strive to find better ways of working and ultimately delivering positive outcomes for their customers in a more efficient manner is what drives me as an Agile practitioner every day.
