  Created innovative media solutions for clients by utilizing consumer behavior, media usage, media buying principles and brand marketing strategy information to create results-oriented solutions. Managed over 30 media professionals in the Los Angeles and San Diego offices. Developed and maintained strong relationships with media vendors, agency partners and clients. • Managed the entrance of the Home Depot into the Network Radio arena with very short lead time. Negotiations included special accommodations for copy splits, late cancellations or moves and shorter lead time for copy delivery as well as positive pricing. Client indicated that Network Radio buys were their best ROI. Added Hispanic media duties several years later and successfully negotiated network radio buys as well as full sports sponsorships.• Managed the Miller Coors launch of including digital audio as TRP replacement. Successfully rolled the program out to individual market buyers for a positive response from Miller Coors executives and distributors. Original list of markets was expanded to further markets every subsequent year.• Developed a successful model for inclusion of digital video as TRP replacement for Hyundai television buys. Achieved client communication goals while merging the digital and traditional buying team’s expertise to purchase the appropriate vendors/programming.• Managed the buying side of the successful launch of Covered California which over delivered on the client’s stated enrollments in 2013-2014. Worked with planning and vendors to pick strategic partners that would deliver on client objectives while still delivering significant added value. Plan included specific campaigns to reach Hispanics and African Americans• Successfully worked with two different media audit companies for several clients to ensure that client goals were met and/or exceeded. Managed the response to each agency that ensured the best outcome for Initiative.
