My duties included, -Meet and greet all guest entering Nationals park check for valid tickets when necessary.-Assist guest by providing accurate directions to seating sections and key attractions within Nationals park and surrounding areas i.e. parking, Metro and other entertainment.-Quickly act upon requests or complaints from guest; refer serious problems to supervisory staff i.e. front office representation, medical staff, and Metropolitan Police Department.-Enforce venue, team, and league rules, regulations and polices.-In event of emergency, assist in evacuating Nationals Park.-Preform additional functions and activities as directed by Senior manager, Guest Experience or any other members of the Executive Team.
