Working closely with the USA team to ensure a smooth process was followed.- Training Partners, Distributors, Resellers, and Internal staff about how the Partner program worked.- Working in our channel business helping to create synergy between our distributors and our Distributor Managed Partners to enable them to meet sales targets.- Setting up and Co-running our Internal Mixed Reality European Champs Program. This program allowed people who were interested in Mixed Reality, from any part of Microsoft in Europe to join a program that we ran to let them help grow Mixed Reality with their customers and partners. - Managing 9 interns as they completed their stretch projects with us. Managing this group consisted of working with my team to coordinate and set tasks that the interns could help with.____________________________________________________________________________________________ Taking our partner program from around 60 partners to 100+ within 1 year.  Increasing our EMEA resellers from 10-15 to 40+.

- Helping the Service Delivery Managers manage their customers; anything from case handling to owning the customer account full time.- Collaborating across Microsoft to ensure that we are customer focused and achieve the best customer outcomes. Working with the Account Team, Technical Specialists and also the Engineers to provide services.- Leading a customer on a Skype to Teams Migration journey. This involved me demoing Teams to the customer to show how it works and how it would specifically work in their workplace. - Hosting students on work experience and presenting to students wanting to pursue a career in technology.- BETT 2020 I had a role leading one of our customer facing stands that presented the possibility of using 3D technology within school’s which links to Mixed and Augmented Reality. Whilst at BETT I managed to build an existing relationship with a partner called Merge and they have now allowed us to use their product for our internal education events.
