The challenges for young people today are great and the traditional opportunities toward success are becoming limited. The good news is that the young people today are willing to be optimistic about non-traditional avenues to achieving their goals.Fortunately for me and them my experiences professionally as well as personally are varied and very untraditional so I can relate. Not only can I relate, I share experiences that will give them a road map and obstacles to avoid as they start their journey into adult-hood and being a professional. I start with the building blocks of Identity and Confidence which are the single most important assets any young person can have.
